Grounded in her past life as an immigrant engineer, raised by a quantum physics teacher, and shaped by years of training in somatic healing modalities, Michelle Florez works at the intersection of technology, consciousness, and leadership.

She works with disruptive founders navigating identity transitions. Her clients come to her field when something deeper than achievement begins to stir—an intuitive calling to exit legacy roles, birth new paradigms, and step into soul-aligned leadership.

Michelle is an ICF-accredited Mastery Method Coach and a certified 400-hour breathwork teacher with over five years of experience facilitating hundreds of breathwork sessions. Her signature methodology is body-centered and breath-focused.

Michelle lives in Costa Rica, where she hosts immersive retreats for founders and visionary leaders exploring a more conscious way of building companies and communities.
